In June 2026 the Indian Valley Community Services District (IVCSD) will be mailing delinquent water and sewer account notices to customers with past-due balances.
Pursuant to IVCSD Ordinance Section 7.07.040, and as agreed upon when service was initiated, the property owner is responsible for all unpaid charges associated with services provided. Delinquent account notices will be sent to the tenant(s) and/or property owner(s).
If you believe your account may be delinquent, please take this time to review your account and submit payment or contact the IVCSD office to discuss your options. Prompt attention may help avoid additional fees or further action.
